Ollie is passionate about optimizing performance, he combines healing methods for individuals to reach their fullest potential in work and personal life.
He uses a combination of mindfulness and flow to induce optimum states of happiness in his clients. He also works with diet, sleep, breathwork, cold water therapy, mindfulness teachings/strategies and more.
